Allulose is a Rare Sugar in nature, which exists in wheat, thorn plants, pressed bagasse, beet molasses and other substances. Allulose is a monosaccharide and D-3 epimer with fructose, as shown in the figure. The molecular weight of allulose is 180.16, and its chemical properties are similar to those of fructose.
